Are you new to yoga?

For people new to yoga (or who have no specific experience of Iyengar yoga), we offer:

  • a foundation course of 6 weekly lessons

  • free taster classes

Foundation course

Our foundation course is specially designed for people new to Iyengar Yoga. It provides a solid grounding in the principles and basic poses of Iyengar yoga as taught in Beginners classes at the Institute. We recognise that the timings of the Foundation Courses may not suit everyone and students are welcome to attend any of our drop in Beginners classes.

Each course comprises 6 weekly lessons on Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings or Saturday afternoons. The cost of the course is £60 which includes a 3 month membership plus 2 free Beginners classes.
