Junior Intermediate Teacher Training
This course prepares students for the Junior Intermediate
assessment at Levels 1, 2 and 3. There are two courses running at the
institute taught by Penny Chaplin and Richard
Agar Ward. For further information about the requirements and contents
of the assessment please contact Meg Laing at the IYA
(UK) (Iyengar Yoga Association of the UK) or see your teachers'
handbook.

The course consists of three sessions per term. The cost per term is £105 and £297 for the year. The classes run
from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on Fridays.
IMPORTANT: In order to take the assessment students need
to ensure that they fulfil the requirements of the IYA (UK).
Please note that in order to register for the course,
you will need:

to have held your Introductory certificate for at
least one year
-
to be eligible to take the next assessment (you must
have held your Introductory certificate for more than 18 months
before applying for assessment)

to be a member of both IYIMV and the IYA
(UK)

and return to us. Admission to the course is subject to approval by
Penny Chaplin; we will then inform you if your application has been
successful. Please do not send payment until you have confirmation of
a place.

Junior Intermediate Teacher
Training with Richard Agar Ward
The course consists of three sessions per term for three terms.
The cost for 2007/2008 is £75 per term and £216 for the year. The sessions run from
10.30am to 1.30pm on Sundays for those preparing for Level 1 assessments
and 2.30pm to 5.30pm for those preparing for Level 2 and 3 assessments.
IMPORTANT: In order to take the assessment students need
to ensure that they fulfil the requirements of the IYA (UK).
