Yoga For All
Regular classes are suitable for all students over the age of seventeen.
They’re graded according to experience according to experience from beginners to more advanced levels.
Classes are drop-in, so there’s no need to book, but we recommend arriving 10 or 15 minutes before they start, especially in the evening and at weekends.
No two classes are the same. All of ours at the Institute teach Iyengar yoga, but each teacher does it slightly differently and they tailor their instructions to students’ capabilities.
We also offer specialised classes for new students, older practitioners, children, pregnant women and those recovering from injury, .
As B.K.S. Iyengar says, “the great advantage of yoga is that it can be practised by anyone, irrespective of age, sex and physical condition".
