*Foundation course fee also includes 3 month membership of the Institute (effective from the start of the Foundation course) and two free Beginners classes.

Yogacard
Yogacards are advance payment cards giving 11 classes for the price of 10. They may be purchased by members only and must be presented for stamping along with a current membership card. They are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase while membership is current.
Frequent user card
Frequent user cards cost £85 for one month for all regular classes (except Teachers' Class) Monday to Friday starting before 5pm, limited to one class per day.
Concessions
Concessions are available to members with proof of status:
- Under 25’s
- State pension holders
- 65 and over
- Job Seekers Allowance claimants
- Disability Living Allowance claimants
Concessions are not available for pre-booked courses, Pregnancy or Remedial classes.
Documentary proof must be produced at each visit and must not be more than 3 months old. You must also have a valid membership.
Concessions for state pension holders are available to those who are living solely on state pension and are not working. Members wishing to receive age-related concessions must produce evidence of date of birth for our records.
Membership
The Institute is a registered charity and relies on both membership income and class fees to fund the running of the centre
You may attend two classes as a visitor, after which membership is compulsory if you wish to attend classes regularly.
Members are entitled to:
- attend regular classes and workshops (on payment of the appropriate fee)
- buy a Yogacard or Frequent User Card
- receive free copies of the Institute’s journal, Dipika
- receive concessions, if eligible
Annual membership subscription is £55.00.
3 months membership subscription is £22.50.
The membership fee is not refundable.
How to Join:
Fill in a membership form which you can pick up at the Institute or download here. You can make payments over the phone with a credit card or in person. You can join and attend a class straight away. Once your membership is processed, there will be a membership card waiting for you at reception.
Please bring your card with you each time you attend class.
Renewal:
If you are late in renewing your membership, it will be backdated to when your membership expired.
Gift Aid
The Gift Aid scheme allows the Institute to claim back income tax on your membership fee at no extra expense or obligation to you. Please consider signing the declaration on the membership form. if you pay income tax in the UK.
